 Attractive, Consistent Marketing and Home Preparation are the keys to selling your home quickly and getting the highest price.  It's my job to assure that you get as many qualified buyers into your home as possible, allowing you to extract the highest price the market will bear.

One of the most important elements of marketing your home effectively is setting the price right. If you set the price too high and keep it priced high, prospective buyers will stop noticing your home, irregardless of it's condition.  If you set your price too low, you cheat yourself by not getting your home's full, fair value. By consistently looking at  homes in Fremont, Phinney Ridge,Magnolia, Queen Anne,  Ballard, Wallingford and Green Lake north to Edmonds, then Kingston to Bainbridge Island, I am able to compare and contrast neighborhoods, styles of homes, natural light levels, traffic patterns and neighborhood amenities.  I work closely with my local partners and  you to assure that everything possible is done to get the highest price, in the time frame you require.

There are usually things I can point out to you that are easy and inexpensive, yet go a long way toward triggering those "buy" emotions.
