In 2011 - 1755 units sold - $334,000 average price - 81 days on market average. During January - March, 2012  - 220 units sold - $198,000 median sales price - 89 median days on market and 834 median square feet.

Edmonds Bowl and Downtown Edmonds condos: In 2011 - 63 units sold - $305,000 - 155 days on market. During January - March, 2012 - 5 units sold - $198,000 - 258 days on market - 1220 sf.
